I was really surprised by this accommodation. It was a special moment for us and they upgraded our room without us asking, making everything even more memorable. The space is wonderful, super clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, tasty, and all fresh. You can see the care in every detail. The staff were impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, giving us the feeling that each guest is treated with affection and respect. It was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Definitely a place we want to return to.

Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and of high quality. The location is very convenient: driving makes it a great starting point for reaching Belém or heading into Lisbon’s center. It’s also an ideal base for visiting nearby places like Sintra and Cabo da Roca. Overall, a very convenient choice for exploring Lisbon and the surroundings. The only downside was the hotel’s decision to host a group of young Portuguese referees who were unfortunately disrespectful to other guests. They even triggered the fire alarm twice during the stay, causing discomfort and worry among other residents. In such a situation we would have expected at least a reception intervention to calm and inform other guests, but nothing was done. It’s a pity, because otherwise the stay was positive. What was missing was more attention from the hotel to the comfort and tranquility of other guests.

“Super, je recommande l’établissement à 100%”

Le personnels est à l’écoute et toujours souriant, gros coup de cœur pour Rory qui a été au top tout le séjour ! L’appartement est ultra fonctionnel et très grand. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous y sommes aller 4/5 fois et je n’ai jamais été déçu. La piscine est top, nous sommes venu en septembre donc ce n’était pas du tout plein et très agréable. Seul petit point faible est l’attente pour le restaurant, c’est vraiment très long il ne faut pas être pressée

The pool area was gorgeous and the staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby and breakfast were solid, and the patio offered a nice view. They only gave you one bottle of water and two coffee pods on arrival; any extra decaf costs a euro each, and we had to walk a good distance to a local market just to get more water.
