Gloria Garden Suites

“Maravilhosa”

The silence, the staff were super polite, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean, overall I highly recommend. Nothing to complain about, I liked everything.

The reception was fine, but the check‑in took a bit longer; the parking was full, so we had to leave our car in front of the hotel.

“Decepcionante”

The beds are good, the air conditioning is great, the receptionists are polite, and the location is excellent. However, at check‑in there was a discomfort because of a mismatch of information—I had already paid and was charged again; the receptionist, very embarrassed, checked everything politely and resolved it, but it was unpleasant. After arriving in the room, although I had paid for a twin bed for my 12‑year‑old child, I was given a room with only a double bed; I had to explain and show proof, which was very annoying. They swapped my room, yet the bathroom drain was clogged and every time I used it the water overflowed outside the shower box and soaked the whole bathroom. Breakfast was very weak, the kitchen girls were not friendly, and they collected everything before the scheduled time. I do not recommend this place and would not return.

“Bom custo benefício”

The cleaning was good, the facilities were adequate, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. On the downside, there were no floor mats to exit the shower box, and the double bed I requested seemed to have a divider in the middle.
