I had a lovely stay at this hotel; the bed was really comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better; I would happily recommend this hotel and definitely consider staying again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful; nothing else.

Despite the old facilities, everything was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave in the room, plus coffee and tea; in front of the hotel there is a supermarket which makes budget trips easier, a bus stop is very close and quick to the center of Liverpool; everything was fine.

The staff were great, always making me feel taken care of, but the stairs were too many and left me out of breath.
