The place feels very modern and clean, with top‑class facilities, a great location, huge rooms, and a lovely rooftop bar; breakfast on the 31st floor is only available on Sundays and offers a dream view of the sea, the castle, and the city. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread is extensive. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, and everything was simply perfect.

The facilities are nice, the room is spacious with a lovely view, and the bathroom is very beautiful and roomy. The breakfast and tableware are good, and the staff is very attentive to needs. I feel there could be more amenities in the room, such as coffee, tea, and chocolate like you’d find in any hotel of this category.

Overall it was comfortable with a good gym and pool, and the breakfast was adequate. The staff, especially at reception, were quite blunt and a bit rude, and there were also issues among the breakfast staff. No help at the door with luggage, and some room maintenance was subpar for a hotel of this level, with early oxidation. There’s no kettle in the room and no coffee corner at the hotel in the mornings.
