The place was in an unbeatable spot, close to everything essential and important. I never met Dodo in person, but her kindness came through emails, and I was grateful she let me leave my luggage in the lobby until I was ready to leave the center. The people in Brussels are very friendly and courteous, and I was lucky to experience that; the city won me over. We couldn't see anything on the TV because it was not connected to any Wi‑Fi; I entered both passwords they gave me, but nothing worked. The coffee maker stopped working after I bought coffee. I missed bathroom towels; they only put two large bath towels, and we had the same ones for all three days. The apartment was huge, spacious for two people and very bright, but the stairs to get there were brutal, especially when you’re exhausted from walking all day with bags; it was a horror! The cleaning could be improved in my opinion, but the bed was super comfortable and the rest was very restorative.

The location was unbeatable, the accommodation was pretty, comfortable and clean; the stairs are a bit awkward, but since we had no large luggage it wasn't a problem, though it's on the second floor.

The place was super clean and right next to IC Brussels Central, just a 3‑minute walk to Grand Place; everything was fine.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from everything; the heating was on and it was nice to arrive. However, leaving bags in the hallway until check‑in felt unsafe, especially with construction on another floor exposing them. I tried to negotiate a more discreet spot with the host, but he claimed it was never an issue and offered only a paid external locker.
