The staff were welcoming, especially Feran who found and resolved our room issue. The central location and the hotel restaurant are positives, but the environment is quite noisy (street, elevator). The room we got was on the street side instead of the courtyard we requested, and it had a bathtub instead of a shower. We were also surprised and disappointed to learn there were no extra blankets available.

The location is brilliant, the staff are super attentive and accommodating, and the rooms are good; free lobby refreshments are a nice touch. The pool is small, which is fine for kids but not ideal for adults.
