The location was excellent, just five minutes from the beautiful market square, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the shower ceiling peeled off.
The place was spotless and cozy, with a TV and wardrobe in the room and a super comfy bed. The bathroom had a bathtub, fresh towels, and shower gels. Breakfast was a highlight – a wide spread of sweet and savory options. Located right in the center of Kadaň, just a 10‑minute walk to the train and bus stations, and the on‑site restaurant was also great. I’d definitely recommend it.
The staff were downright rude and unhelpful – they even asked us, already in our pajamas at 9:30 p.m., to move our bikes again. That's just unacceptable for paying guests.
