The hotel took my money in advance, and when I arrived they cancelled the booking and did not refund the money. The hotel management cancelled the booking after taking the advance, and they still have not refunded the money.

Our room had an amazing view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, which made the long journey from the US totally worth it - waking up to that view was unforgettable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, but there were a few tiny issues like some loose floor tiles and a low ceiling. Still, it was a great stay.
