It’s close to Brașov and quiet. The experience was extremely disappointing, with hygiene conditions that pose a real health risk! The place was filthy everywhere, both outside and inside, disorder, total lack of cleanliness, and absolutely unacceptable hygiene for a tourist accommodation. From what I saw on site, it’s clear someone lives there and didn’t even bother to prepare the property for guests. In my view, the hygiene conditions are so poor that they actually endanger the health of those who choose to stay here. This isn’t about minor inconveniences or simple comfort differences; it’s a lack of cleanliness and maintenance that raises serious doubts about the safety and hygiene of the space offered to tourists. The listing photos have almost no resemblance to reality. Even worse, another guest who stayed before us had already reported these problems, and the owner promised to update the photos to reflect the real situation, but that never happened. The photos stayed the same, misleading us. I believe this shows a clear lack of respect and transparency toward clients. The courtyard is dirty, unkempt, and chaotic, and just stepping outside gives you a permanent sense of discomfort. Instead of enjoying peace and relaxation, you’re left wondering how such a property can be offered for rent in these conditions. I do not recommend this property under any circumstances, especially not for families with children or for those for whom hygiene and safety are essential. Words are meaningless. I’ll attach a few photos that illustrate the real situation and support the claims above. I believe the images speak for themselves and that any future tourist has the right to know the conditions they risk.
