“Welcoming and helpful staff but basic accommodation.”

The staff were very helpful arranging transport to the lakes and onward to Almaty. The yurt itself was very basic, requiring us to set up our own bed. Late at night, loud music from neighboring yurts kept us awake. It’s not a hotel at all – just a collection of yurts.

The hospitality was fantastic, creating a cozy home‑like vibe. The food was tasty, the sauna was clean and enjoyable, and the overall value was unbeatable. We ended the visit with a photo of us beside our temporary Kazakh mother.

“Wonderful stay, beautiful views, location, and nice hosts”

The scenery was unreal, with a sauna and a cold‑water spring just down the road for a quick chill; everything stayed spotless and smelled fresh. Our hostess cooked wonderfully, and her son drove us to the lake and the next lodging at a fair price. They were very kind, and we highly recommend them. Don’t miss the horse tour to Kolsai Lakes that they offer. We had no issues during our September stay, which felt perfect, but it could get tricky if it’s crowded because there are only two toilets and one shower—where the sauna is located. The cleanliness and tidiness were great.

Niesamowity klimat, wspaniała lokalizacja i widok. Miła obsługa, dobra sauna, jurty bardzo wygodne i przytulne. Chleb podany na śniadanie był czerstwy i spleśniały. Przydałoby się lepsze oznakowanie hotelu, np. znak przy drodze z strzałką
