The public areas were attractive and well‑furnished, but the bedrooms were very plain. Breakfast was advertised as included, yet only four items were actually offered for free, and everything else cost extra. Coffee wasn’t part of the breakfast, and no juice was available—only water. Paying an extra 130 pesos for a coffee was the only way to get it. We ended up ordering from Grab for the next two days because no one liked the free options. There was no fridge or kettle for making coffee, and the bathroom lacked toiletries. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which was surprising given the “do not disturb” sign on the door. The mattresses were thin, one pillow was too hard, and the other too soft. Overall, the property should provide a better experience and value for money.

The air conditioner wasn’t cool enough and made a clicking noise; we also didn’t have any drinking glasses in the bathroom. Basic beverages like coffee or tea should at least be included in the breakfast deal.

The hotel sits right next to the Seaport or pier, but it really falls short on proper amenities.

I was told the breakfast was included, yet on arrival they told us only 100 Peso worth was covered and the rest had to be paid extra.
