The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, made of stone, causing back pain the next day. The air conditioning was noisy and woke us up at night. At breakfast, the Italian staff member barely looked you in the face.

Very centrally located, great staff, a small, cute hotel. The mattresses are too hard (can't sleep through the night) and the air conditioner and bathroom ventilation need urgent cleaning.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the boats for trips on Lake Garda, close to restaurants and the local scene.
