The breakfast was a bit lacking; the pancake machine was broken, the omelets were over‑browned, and there was no meat option.

The staff was amazing, especially Trilicty (if I spelled that right), who handled multiple tasks and did everything to make our stay great—we’ll be back. We visit Tennessee three or four times a year, and this place is perfect as a midway stop. Nothing was wrong.

The front desk lady was fantastic; even though she was busy checking rooms, she still made us feel welcomed and happy. We felt comfortable and had a great time, except for the fact that we had to leave.
