The location is good and the area is lovely, within walking distance to Markt Kerkrade, but the evening and night staff were poorly dressed, smelled bad, and were not customer‑friendly – definitely not hospitality people.

The studio was spacious and beautiful with a view of the castle and courtyard, yet the outlets and light switches near the bed were a bit inconvenient.
