The location was fine, and the visit was for work, but the restaurant staff lacked customer service; the service was terribly bad.

The restaurant service was poor, and the staff didn’t provide the customer service expected from a hotel of those rates.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, the location was close to the city, and the ocean scenery was nice, but the room without a sea view was depressing; they should consider adding a TV screen like cruise lines do for non‑view rooms to show the outside instead of a brick wall acting as a window.
