The decor is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Only a few small things could be improved: a shelf next to the sink for items and a small light near the drinks area so we wouldn’t have to use the big overhead light.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was good. Parking was designated at the hotel, which is a plus for a busy town like Ambleside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of Ambleside. The breakfast dining area felt a bit cramped, but that didn’t bother us because it was organized well and served efficiently.

Conveniently located near the town, and we could park there for the whole stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the ensuite was excellent. The lady who checked us in was lovely. Breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
