“Wonderful staff, beautiful mountain views and a place I will definitely return to.”

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, available and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view of the mountains and volcanoes. The villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Kadek was an absolute highlight — both as part of the hotel team and as my guide for the Mount Batur sunrise trek. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and made the whole experience even better. Ketut was also extremely warm, helpful and always ready to assist. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests. I would definitely stay here again and I’m sure I’ll come back. Nothing — everything was perfect during my stay

“Prima voor één nacht als je Mount Batur gaat beklimmen!”

The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much to ask. It’s great that they arrange Mount Batur tours; definitely recommend booking through the stay. Our guide was very nice! Also, the accommodation can bring you to the starting point at night. The beds are fine and the view is nice. Hygiene is not optimal everywhere, the location is very remote and the on‑site restaurant is not cozy, the decor is bland. And like the whole area, due to the onion plantations, flies are everywhere during the day.

We spent three nights here and it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the views around the villas were breathtaking, especially the sunset over Mount Batur. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help. The place was spotless, and the rooms were large and comfortable. If you’re heading to Mount Batur or other nearby sights, the staff can set everything up for you. We booked the sunrise Jeep trip directly with them. It’s a family‑run operation, and you can feel the care and affection put into everything. Just remember that because it’s close to a volcano, you’ll encounter a lot of flies; they’re not a huge nuisance since we spent most of the day outside and they disappear by late afternoon, which is normal for the area. There’s also an on‑site restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner—all delicious. Thanks for having us!
