The hotel sits in Recoleta, a nice area great for tourists, and my room was clean with free coffee whenever I wanted it. The staff were polite overall. We chose this place because they promised to hold our luggage while we visited Iguazú for two days, but after staying two nights they told us the policy had changed and they could no longer keep our bags. That forced us to switch hotels last minute, wasting time and trips that hurt our overall experience in the city.

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and gave me useful tips for getting around. The location is superb, and although there’s no breakfast, the coffee machine and a supermarket nearby make it easy to grab an affordable morning meal. The rooms are exactly as described: the bed is comfy, the Wi‑Fi works great, there’s no noise, and many tourist spots are within walking distance. The price‑to‑quality ratio is perfect, so I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Whenever I had a question, they answered quickly.
