I booked the family room, which turned out to be a decent size, and the beds were both comfy and warm. However, the place felt very basic and could have used a thorough cleaning; on top of that, the stand on the fan in one of the bedrooms was broken.

The room was okay, nothing special—just a standard room. It had a weird smell, the bath wasn’t clean and had stains, and the blinds were dirty.

The room was well sized and came with kitchen facilities; my three friends and I split the two singles and a double, which worked out nicely. We never got to try the spa bath. Parking was not great, the Wi‑Fi lagged, and the bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The big double bed was nice but not very comfortable, and overall the room felt a little dated.

The accommodation was nice and cosy, but the car parks were tight.

The only issue was the deterioration of the bench top and toilet set.
