The staff and cleaning were excellent, but the air conditioner produced annoying noise.

The location is great once you get inside, though getting there by bus from the airport can be a bit painful. They force you to write a 10 to receive a free gift, and the air conditioner is noisy as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to get around Hong Kong. The hotel is situated just off Nathan Road, making it a short walk to the Star Ferry and numerous eating options. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, being larger than I expected and featuring a wardrobe. However, the lighting in the room was a major letdown, with dim bulbs placed in awkward locations that made it difficult to see.
