The staff were kind.

The location, air conditioning, and spaciousness of the rooms were positive. Communication with the manager was distant, and the communal fridge had personal consumables that other guests had taken.

The room was clean and large. I booked and paid for a Deluxe room with a balcony, but I didn’t receive it. I have not received a response or a refund since I reported this.

Pessimi
