I was truly amazed at this wonderful hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location was very good, and the on-site restaurant was good, and reasonably priced. Their breakfast was really good. Nothing. The hotel exceeded all expectations

Restaurant team Reception team Hot food and menu. Just as mentioned in my previous comments

The reception team were very welcoming, the food was hot and arrived quickly, and the restaurant staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping team didn’t clean properly during the first two days: I found an unemptied bin, dirty cups and towels when I returned at 20H00 after leaving at 8:30. They also didn’t refill hand and body soap, so I had to find those essentials myself, and they didn’t provide drinking water. When I brought these issues to the reception, they were resolved and I enjoyed the rest of my stay. Pottery services were not available.
