Everything was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful—getting around town, arranging things, and assisting with Japanese phone calls when our cellphones were acting up. Breakfast was great, hearty, and offered a mix of Japanese and Western options. Nothing to note.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, easy check‑in and check‑out, and superb beds and pillows. The wash basin inside the room was a downside.

四条河原町・新京極・錦市場に徒歩数分圏内で極めて近い。 となりは、ファミリマートで便利です。 先斗町・木屋町にも徒歩７〜８分でまあまあ近いです。 部屋の設えも、トイレ・シャワーが引き戸で、かつ戸が壁に見えて古風な仕掛けでした。. チェックインの手順が逐条的で、気が利かない対処しかできない受付スタッフには呆れました。
