The location was perfect for exploring Zadar old town. The apartment was ideal for a long weekend, and it was great to have air conditioning and a mini‑fridge. Check‑in instructions were very clear. The building has no lift, so consider that if you’re bringing a large suitcase; it’s not a deal‑breaker, just a factor.

The modern room was nice, with good facilities. It was only a 10‑minute walk to the old town, and the staff were helpful.

The room had its own bathroom and balcony, where you could sit and watch the activity in front of the house. The apartment itself is in a residential block. The neighbors in the building were very friendly. You can walk to the beach, and there’s also a shopping center nearby. Across the street is a bakery.

I stayed in the city center and had breakfast at Bar Pirata, which offered great views and a nice atmosphere. The check‑out was made easy for us. The only downside was that the location was hard to find at night; the entrance to number 7 is tucked away in a narrow alley inside the block, so we relied on the exterior photos to locate it.
