“Great place to stay. Highly recommend”
The place was clean, the location was good, and the breakfast was fine; nothing else to add.

The front desk phone had no answer, so I had to go downstairs to ask questions; it was okay.

The location and view were good, but the hotel was old and the beds were small.

The open-air hot spring was pleasant, and there were services like massage and drinks after the bath; guests could go straight to the hot spring via elevator. However, when I tried to find dinner near the hotel, only Saizeriya and McDonald’s were available, so I had to request the hotel’s buffet, but despite a time limit, it was overcrowded and felt like a scramble, and the price of ¥6000 per person was high; alcohol incurred extra charges. I couldn’t eat in the lobby or go to the dining area in a yukata. When I went to the hot spring, the entrance was confusing and I had to look for it, so clearer signage would help. At checkout, the staff was alone and I was delayed a lot; at check‑in, my name was registered incorrectly, and the receipt at checkout used the wrong name; I mentioned the error at check‑in and dinner, but it wasn’t fixed until the end, which was disappointing.

The place was spotless and the amenities plentiful, and the hot spring area was clean too. I was on a plan that didn’t include a yukata, so I had to scramble to buy clothes at a convenience store before heading to the onsen, and when I put on the provided pajamas I didn’t bring any other loungewear as I had planned.
