The location is in the middle of the forest, and the rooms are well closed and warm. The reception was bad and the staff were not committed to being present. The local breakfast was bad; the check‑in was a very bad experience because I waited three hours at the reception, the temperature was very cold, no one was there, and the response was not good, it was worse.
