When my husband accidentally dropped money, the housekeeper and the front desk informed us immediately; the staff’s honesty is always appreciated and builds trust. We’d stay here again because the location is great, but the bathroom really needs better ventilation and an upgrade of finishes and equipment.

The facilities and the balcony you can enjoy both in the rooms and in some hotel areas, plus the location near the municipal market with various typical food options, crafts, and the commercial zone, the access to the Plaza de Armas, the cathedral, and other great places to eat. The downside is that there is no elevator, making it harder to reach upper‑floor rooms after a tiring day of walking around the city.
