The hotel had some nice touches, like the air conditioning and wall fans, which made the room feel cooler. There were also towels, soap, and a convenient location near the royal palace. However, the bathroom was dirty, and I found a cockroach in the room. The hot water dispenser didn't work, and the room was noisy, with sounds from outside disturbing me. To top it off, the blanket was thin, and the towels weren't replaced after use.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, they wouldn't let me check in. I was left stranded in Bangkok with no room, which was a huge inconvenience. The whole experience was a disaster from the start.
