“Pathetic stay ,uncleaned room infested with cockroaches and mosquitos and too tiny room for being a delux room ,poor ho”
We booked the deluxe room a month in advance for a family trip, but when we arrived late the room was covered in dust and roaches, the fan made the kids cough, and it was too small for a family. The sink tap was loose and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned; when we asked for hot water for the kids, the staff said none was available. The AC remote was missing, the TV remote was broken, pesticide tablets were still in the drawer, the bed sheets were torn with holes that were covered by a top sheet, and the blanket was ripped on the side—overall a very pathetic condition. We had to stay overnight because there was no other option and checked out the next day at 7 am, paying a hefty fee for a night’s rent. I would not recommend this hotel and advise against booking directly through booking sites—check Google reviews and the actual location on Google Maps before trusting those sites again.
