The resort is a 12-minute tuk-tuk ride from downtown Sihanoukville and 25 km from Ream National Park, with Phnom Penh City a 4-hour drive away.

We chose this hotel as a convenient option for our stay, and it served its purpose. The hotel's location across the road from the beach was a major plus, and we enjoyed using the pool during our downtime. However, the hotel's appearance was a bit shabby, and it was clear that it could benefit from some investment. While our stay was fine, I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this hotel to others.

I loved the location of this hotel - it's just a short walk to the beach and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the photos didn't quite match up to reality - the pool area was lacking in amenities and the complex felt a bit run down. We did get an upgrade, but even that felt quite basic.

The location of this hotel was its biggest selling point for me - it's just a short walk to Ottres Beach, which has a lovely stretch of sand and no rocks. The staff were friendly and tried their best, and I appreciated the simple Asian-style food. The pool water was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. However, everything felt a bit basic and worn out - we had a bungalow which felt newer than the single-bedroom rooms.

I was really disappointed by this hotel - the whole complex felt run down and everything in the room was old and worn out. The room was smaller than expected and had some issues, like a broken fridge and hair dryer. However, the Cambodian staff were friendly and the location right on the beach was great. Unfortunately, the price didn't match up to the quality - it was the most expensive and worst accommodation I stayed in during my time in Cambodia.

I enjoyed the pool and the beach just across the road was lovely. However, it was clear that the hotel could do with some renovation - the air conditioning units were really noisy and the mattresses were so hard that I had a sore back.
