“Really comfortable and beautiful place to stay!”
Great location, exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding, and a truly unique experience. The lighting was also really good—warm lighting including a bedside lamp. The host was especially kind and communicative, and we could store luggage before and after check‑in, and he let us know when the room was ready. Very thoughtful! We would have liked some extra coffee amenities like creamer, and the ability to turn off the bathroom light when needed would also be nice.

The houseboat was cool, situated in a great spot with stylish furnishings, and the owner kindly left us drinks and snacks, which we really appreciated. However, if you’re seeking complete silence, this place isn’t for you, because the proximity to both the street and the canal inevitably brings some noise.
The location on the water was perfect, but there was a noticeable gap between the boat and the shore, and my girlfriend accidentally fell in.
“Absolutely phenomenal stay in Amsterdam!”
Loved everything about it—the location was perfect. Everything you need is essentially within walking distance—from museums to restaurants to grocery stores. The houseboat is the absolute cutest. From the comfort of our room, we could watch passing boats, wave at people as they passed, feed the ducks, and enjoy the beauty of Amsterdam. It was A++ all around. Our entire experience would have been different if we had stayed elsewhere. Also shoutout to our host Bryan, who was extremely kind and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for anyone considering! One duck jumped onto our window sill once while we were feeding them, so we had to close it quickly…but he was just eager, as many of us are when hungry :) so I get it. I would recommend this stay all around!
