All staff are very nice, the onsen is clean and the breakfast is good. Nothing else.
The location was convenient, but the room smelled bad, the price was high, and I got confused during check‑in.

The tatami rooms are spacious with a great view and a very comfy bed. Having the laundry and vending machines on Level 2 was so convenient, even an ice machine. Direct slope access from the ski locker room in the hotel basement is a plus, and they have a private bath too. The hotel is uphill, which can be a bit of a climb with heavy luggage.
