I love the modern style of the room. The washing machine and dryer work perfectly, and the toilet is amazing. The staff are very helpful. On our last night the water went off, which was inconvenient, but the staff apologized and offered alternatives.

The location is a bit outside but quiet, and the Old Quarter is reachable in 20 minutes by taxi for a low price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious.

The environment is clean, the owner cleans the floor every day, and the tables are dust‑free. The washer and dryer are excellent, all equipment is new, the shower pressure is great, there’s an elevator, and the front desk offers free drinking water. The nearby Lotte Department Store is convenient for daily shopping. The room is high quality with no major complaints. I’ll want to stay here again when I visit Hanoi next time; it’s definitely worth recommending.
