“Refund my money please and remove this hotel from booking .com”
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: this hotel is completely shut down and condemned. I was planning to stay here but the moment I arrived, I realized it was abandoned. The building is in a state of disrepair and it's clear that it's been closed for a while. Don't waste your time or money.
“You need a better staff”
The best part about this hotel was the lack of breakfast and coffee options - it really added to the no-frills experience. On the other hand, the cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh towels and sheets provided regularly. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but overall it was a decent choice for a budget stay.
“Very disappointing. On line. It looked like a decent breakfast”
I was really let down by this place. The breakfast spread was super limited - just a bunch of coffee, donuts, and sweets, but no milk or juice to speak of. On the other hand, the room had some nice touches, like a few extra chairs and a longer shower curtain. But the door was super finicky to open and shut, and the bathroom was seriously lacking - no drain cover in the sink, no counter space, and no spare toilet paper or kleenex. It was also super dark in there, and the ceiling was dirty.
The hotel's location was a major selling point for me – it was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. However, things got off to a rocky start when we were given a room that hadn't been properly cleaned. The staff were apologetic and moved us to a new room, which was spotless and comfortable. Despite the initial hiccup, we ended up having a pleasant stay and would consider returning.
“Not to bad”
I have to say, the hotel's location was pretty convenient, but the real problem was the noise from the street. The rooms were decent, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the hotel's age really started to show, with creaky floors and outdated decor. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not exactly what I was expecting.
