Turn right after leaving the property and you'll find a beautiful coastal walk that leads straight into Puerto De La Cruz if you want a long stroll, or you can take a shorter route. There are nice cafés in the town (Longuera) and a 20‑minute bus ride to the centre of PDLC. The room could use a proper clean; it's not very dirty but there was dust along the edges.

The bathroom had a constantly wet floor; water would keep leaking from the floor, so we moved out. We don't want to take any further action because the hosts were friendly.

The location is genuinely great – you’re instantly on the lovely coastal trail, the bus gets you quickly to Puerto de la Cruz, and the highway is a short drive away. The pool looks beautiful in the photos and description, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to use it; it’s probably not cleaned in winter, a detail we didn’t know beforehand.
