The bed was comfortable, but the rest of my experience was disappointing. I was shocked to see a glowing review that seemed to be written from my account; it looks like someone used my confirmation number and pin to post it, and the text matches other Google reviews. The hotel offered a room without a window when I had booked a view, and the room didn’t resemble the photo. Noise was constant—doors slammed and the lift played various tunes every 5 minutes. Service felt odd: unsolicited chai at 7:30 am and they abandoned the search for a rickshaw after just 2 minutes. Overall, I would have been more complimentary if they hadn’t been so disrespectful and deceptive about the review.
