You don't need photos to get a refund, no worries. Hi, regarding reservation 6608181081, I want to report a serious safety and quietness issue. On the night of [27/09/26] around 04:00 we were abruptly woken by a woman who lives on the same floor in the B&B (who we were not aware of) shouting loudly in the hallway “get out, get out, get out” to drive away her guests. We were in our room, dark, the doors didn’t close properly, and for several minutes we feared a burglar had entered and we were very scared. We couldn’t sleep afterward. I don’t have photos because I was focused on securing ourselves, placing a piece of furniture in front of the door to protect against any danger.

Good: close to Mestre station; otherwise nothing. Bad: worst air‑conditioner, cleanliness, shared shower and toilet inconvenient.

The price is cheap near the train station so I can go up and down to main Venice easily and there are many restaurants and bars nearby; it’s excellent.

It is close to the train station. When we arrived from the train, we searched for the place for half an hour because there was no signage or identification, and the address on Booking was inaccurate and the phone number was incorrect/unavailable. But that was nothing compared to the poor conditions in the place and the unpleasant smell in the apartment. We booked a room with a private bathroom and received a bathroom outside the room that anyone could enter. This hotel dampened our spirits at the start of our visit to Venice and ruined our experience. In short, it is highly recommended not to!!
