I booked a double room with separate beds, but when I arrived the hotel demanded an extra €60 because I hadn’t mentioned the second guest in the reservation.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast started at 6:30 am, which was convenient. The breakfast spread was very good and the refilling was timely. The hotel is about a 30‑minute walk from the Lanxess Arena. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a mini‑fridge.
