The rooms had door locks, but the location was awful—gunshots rang out three consecutive nights, loud music blasted all night, and no action was taken. Residents apparently don’t clean rooms or provide essentials like toilet paper, towels, or trash bags; you have to bring your own. It felt unsafe, and the office was always locked with no staff available to help.
