We booked two adjoining suites to prepare for our wedding, which was just a mile down Embarcadero. The view was great, and we stepped outside to snap photos by the water. Miguel was incredibly helpful arranging the adjoining rooms. The place had a strong party vibe with alcohol, so I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the water views. Breakfast was served in a spot with a beautiful view of the water, and the price was good. Earplugs were supplied, but freeway noise was still noticeable. Next time I’ll pick a room facing the water. We also heard a crying baby inside the room.

A cockroach appeared in the bathroom, and the towels were dirty. The front desk wrote my name wrong on the reservation. When I checked out, they kept saying my room number was assigned to another guest and couldn’t resolve it for almost an hour, wasting my time.

The room’s size and balcony view were nice. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available.
