The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean with a great private bathroom, and it was beautiful. I walked right past it because the sign is small and I didn’t notice it; I don’t blame the hotel since I was having phone and navigation issues. Giulia was super helpful and made me feel better once I got settled.

The room was just the right size, spotless, and the bed was well designed and comfortable. The location is amazing—just a short walk from the train station and the meeting spot for the bus tour we booked on Viator.com. I’d highly recommend it! Honestly, everything was perfect for our needs. Thank you!!

The room was tidy and cozy near the main train station, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable for the area, but the front‑desk staff mixed up my check‑in instructions, giving me different directions from three people, and the self‑check‑in booklet that had been requested beforehand turned out to be unnecessary.
