The hosts were genuinely attentive, never intrusive, and responded quickly to every request with a personal touch; the highlight was the small garden kitchen where we enjoyed breakfast, dinner, and wine while overlooking the South Sea and the dome. The downside was that the attic room got quite warm on the very hot days we stayed.

From the garden you get a lovely view and there are nice bike paths right outside the door. Everything else was fine.

The only good thing is the location. Negative reviews on Google disappear fast because they are sued. The style is just awful. I was shocked by several issues. The room with a shower and a coffee machine in the hallway is nowhere near modern standards; everything feels very old. The bathroom has the charm of the early 70s. Cleanliness was lacking. We stayed for three days and never had a point of contact; communication was only via an email that was copy‑and‑paste. A crucial note for cyclists: bikes can be parked in a garage, but it is not lockable, so it is unsuitable, and no liability is taken for loss. We paid about 120 euros for the room that day, so it was not a bargain. I would not have written a review if I hadn’t noticed that all negative reviews are regularly deleted. I’m curious how long this review will remain. I can only advise against staying here.

The location is good. The place feels like it was taken from a second‑hand market, including the bed and bedding.

We were there for three days and the weather wasn’t great, but we’ll come again. Everything else was fine. The restaurants were good.
