“Beautiful property, but very noisy and with no dining facilities.”

The property in Mae Sot is beautiful, with impressive teak‑wood architecture. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have all the amenities you need. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully taken care of. The main drawback is that it sits right next to the main road, so the traffic noise made it hard to sleep all night. There’s also no restaurant or dining service on the premises, not even breakfast, so it’s basically just a place to stay in a room with no other facilities or services.

“Great value for the price!”

It’s a beautiful place, a traditional Thai teakwood house but with all modern amenities. It’s located too close to the main road, so it’s a bit noisy.

“Leider Leider”

Wunderschönes Haus, Garten traumhaft herzlicher Empfang eigentlich absolut 10 Punkte. Katastrophale Lage direkt an einer grossen vierspurigen sehr lauten Strasse, Bett und Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Dafür Garten und Haus übermässig Check out kein Kontakt mit Host über Telefon schwer zu erreichen. Leider nicht mehr. null Erholung auf der Terrasse viel zu laut zum schlafen WLAN hat nicht funktioniert Schade bei einem so schönem Haus

The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The hospitality is outstanding and the place feels like a family. There’s a private area where you can sit and watch the stars at night. I recommend everyone to stay here when they’re in MaeSot.
