The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The lobby service is courteous, there’s good coffee and a nice selection of hot drinks. The room design is stunning and meticulous. We booked the highest‑rated room, but the balcony was disappointing, looking out at ugly buildings in the neighborhood and was relatively small. It’s a shame there’s no breakfast area in the hotel, as that would enhance the experience. Full value for the money.
