There was no breakfast. I’ve stayed here before and knew what to expect. The location was super convenient, really close to the boat ramp. We arrived and found water all over the floor from the AC unit. Not a huge deal, just got some extra towels. The AC broke on Saturday night and there are no fans in the rooms, so it got to about 80 degrees and I couldn’t sleep at all, so I left at 2:30 am to go back home.

We had a great time at this very nice spot! The pool was right next to our room, and we even did our laundry on site.

Check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly. The shower was great and the room felt cool when we entered. The only downside was that there was no window in the room; that’s not their fault, and they have different rooms, so we’ll pick a west‑facing one next time.
