The location was good, but I had to leave a day early because a family member died and I never got a refund for the last night; the owner stopped responding.

I arrived to find that the place wasn’t a hotel room at all but an apartment inside the hotel, and the person in charge told me the reservation was cancelled when it wasn’t. She claimed she had sent a message, which she did, and told me I had to cancel through the app during a time window, even though I was denied entry. The app showed a cancellation fee for the night, and when I called again she refused to cancel, saying she could only do it at midnight. I recorded the call because it felt like a scam.

I was surprised to have to pay for breakfast since I had already paid for it to be included - a bit frustrating.

“Conforto e conveniência junto à Rua Oscar Freire”

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is amazing, right next to Oscar Freire Street with tons of shops and restaurants around, making it super easy to get around. The taxi stand right in front of the hotel is a big plus too. The breakfast was a lovely surprise, with lots of variety and fresh food - something for everyone, from fruit and bread to healthier options. Definitely recommend!

“Responder a reservas de forma imediata já ajudaria a não ter problemas”

The location was pretty good, but that's about it. The pool area was a letdown - old chairs and no effort to tidy up. And the price wasn't great without breakfast included, which I specifically asked about when I booked. The waffle was also pretty bad. I stayed at a beach resort in Salvador for half the price with everything included, same number of people and same day of the week, and it was a much better deal. The room was tiny too.
