“Lovely bright room, great shower, nice people”
After switching rooms, my new room was lovely, clean, and well decorated, and the shower pressure was the best I’ve ever had; the staff were lovely and parking was convenient. The only issue was that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Very convenient for the A1 to make an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet overnight. Good shower, and comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good. A hairdryer in each room would have been good. But you can request one. Pillows were not to our taste, but there were plenty
“Stop over from the ‘Great North Road’”
Friendly welcome, good location for us passing my South. Food available downstairs at night plus in the morning if you want it. Comfortable room. Very good value compared to others in and around Grantham I understand this is a community venture where villagers saved their pub from property development. I wish them well. Nothing is perfect, but this came close
