The owners saved the day when I left my phone in the taxi that brought me from the Albrook terminal; they drove me around until we found the taxi, and I would have cancelled my flight home if I had not retrieved it—very helpful and kind owners!

The receptionist was good, but the cleaning service was missing for the last three days.

They never cleaned the room; I was given a roll of toilet paper that was only half used on a day when there was no water.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the toilet water ran all night, there was no TV in the room, and the common room with the TV had no AC.

The staff were extremely friendly, the place was very quiet, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
