The Level package and ocean view really saved the trip, with a big plus for the pool and food; the reception and overall staff were pleasant and helpful, making the overall experience positive, but the room had a sewage smell that was tried to be masked with daily use of chlorine‑containing cleaning products, the bathroom grout was dirty, and there were many small flaws and defects that left a strong unpleasant impression, because the hotel truly has potential.
