I recently stayed at this hotel, which had its perks, like being conveniently close to the ski field. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel felt outdated, and we had to pay extra for almost everything, including luggage storage for 500 yen. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it wasn't particularly well-appointed. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

My experience at this hotel was mixed. On the plus side, the staff were fantastic, going out of their way to help with questions and transportation arrangements. However, I was a bit let down by the room, which felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The hotel's location was also a bit further from the ski slopes and restaurants than I had expected, making evenings a bit tricky. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider staying here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which offered great value for money. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with excellent heating and a very clean and well-presented overall feel. The facilities, including the onsen, were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even providing a shuttle van to the ski lifts when needed. My only real complaint was that the beds were a bit too firm and short for my liking, making for a slightly uncomfortable sleep.
